Hosting and log files

To operate this website we require hosting services such as infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, database services, security and maintenance services. We and/or our hosting provider process data of our website visitors such as contact data, content data, usage data, meta and communication data based on our legitimate interest in a satisfactory and secure website. For the same reason we and/or our hosting provider process so-called server log files (e.g. accessed website, file, time of access, data volume, browser and operating system information, referrer website, IP address, user provider). Log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (clarification of misuse or fraud). Data may be stored longer if necessary for evidence purposes due to an incident. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider.

Web analysis and analysis cookies

This website uses functions of the web analytics service “Google Analytics” of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies are used to enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated is transferred to the provider's servers in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider. Your IP address is recorded but immediately anonymised by being shortened. Processing is based on § 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) GDPR. Integration of third-party services and/or content

Third-party services are used, e.g. to embed fonts and to apply marketing tools. 6. Duration of storage

Server logs: We generally store your data for a period of 7 days. Longer storage only takes place insofar as this is necessary to investigate detected attacks on our website.
